Appointment Booking & Payments

-A $45 administrative fee (or appointment fee) is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

-The remaining balance for notarization services will be charged to your card on file after your appointment is complete. We are currently CARD ONLY at this time.

-All in person notarizations are currently being held at a public meeting location to ensure the safety of both the client and the notary. Typically meetings will be located at the Starbucks in Riverview Plaza. Exact location and address will be emailed after confirmation of booking. 

-Remote Online Notarization (RON) appointments will be emailed after booking with details.

Cancellations & No Shows

-Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.

-Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, or failure to appear, will result in forfeiture of the $45 appointment fee.

In Person Meeting Location

-All appointments are conducted in a safe, public setting (typically Starbucks in Riverview Plaza)

-Exact location details will be provided after booking confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

-Clients must present a valid, government issued photo ID at the appointment.

-Documents must be fully completed EXCEPT for the signature(s), which must be signed in the presence of the notary.

-The notary reserves the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason.

-Ink’d Notary and its notaries are not attorneys, are not licensed to practice law in this Commonwealth and cannot provide legal advice (including immigration) or guidance on the contents of documents, cannot draft legal records, or charge a fee for those activities.

-The notary’s role is limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and completing notarization in accordance with Pennsylvania law.

Limitations of Liability

-Ink’d Notary’s responsibility is limited strictly to performing notarizations in compliance with Pennsylvania law.

-Clients understand that the notary is not responsible for the legal content, accuracy, or consequences of the documents being notarized.

-By Booking, clients agree that Ink’d Notary shall not be held liable for damages, claims, or losses arising from the use of notarized documents beyond the scope of notarial duties.
